Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough vehicle diagnostics and carry out mechanical and electrical repairs on various types of cars and vehicles.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure vehicles operate safely and efficiently.
• Provide professional customer service by communicating effectively and building positive relationships.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional services that support sales targets and enhance customer experience.
• Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in all repair and maintenance work.

Required Skills

• A solid understanding of vehicle systems, both mechanical and electrical, across different car makes and models.
• Proven ability to diagnose complex automotive problems accurately.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to upsell vehicle services.
• Demonstrated teamwork and professional work ethic.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of practical experience working in local garages or service centers.
• Previous work experience in Bahrain or the wider GCC region is preferred.
• Candidates from South India will be given preference.
• Valid certifications or relevant training in automotive mechanics will be an advantage.
