Key Responsibilities

• Handle ticket reservations and bookings using global distribution systems (GDS).
• Assist clients in planning detailed travel itineraries tailored to their needs.
• Manage flight ticketing efficiently while ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate local transfers and related travel arrangements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations and airline policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid IATA certification is mandatory.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with ticketing, ticket reservation systems, and global distribution system platforms.
• Strong understanding of travel industry standards and protocols.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Additional Requirements

Candidates must currently reside locally in Bahrain and hold a transferable visa to be eligible for this position.
