Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Transport and Accommodation Supervisor to oversee and manage daily transportation operations along with staff housing facilities. This role demands a proactive individual who can ensure the smooth running of logistics while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness within company accommodations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the transportation team, including planning efficient routes and ensuring all vehicles are properly maintained. They will also manage staff accommodations, making sure all housing meets strict quality and hygiene standards. In addition to overseeing these areas, the supervisor will be required to drive company light vehicles safely when needed. Maintaining accurate records related to fuel usage, vehicle conditions, and accommodation maintenance through computer systems will also be essential. Compliance with Bahrain’s traffic regulations and company safety protocols will be closely monitored.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role involving transport and accommodation management, ideally within Bahrain or the GCC.
• Possession of a valid Bahrain Light Driver License is mandatory.
• Basic computer skills are required, with emphasis on proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting purposes.
• Good command of English is necessary; knowledge of Arabic is considered an advantage.
• Applicants must be currently based in Bahrain, preferably holding a transferable visa.
