Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Steel Fabrication Workshop Manager who will also act as a business partner in an established steel fabrication company. The ideal candidate will possess a university degree and demonstrate strong business acumen, capable of overseeing daily workshop operations while contributing to strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

As the workshop manager and partner, you will be responsible for managing the steel fabrication processes efficiently, ensuring production quality and timelines are met. You will oversee team performance, coordinate materials and resources, and maintain a safe working environment. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the ownership team to support growth and operational success.
