Pura Salon & Spa is seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team in delivering exceptional, luxury client experiences. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a premium salon & spa environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and supervise daily salon & spa operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
Lead, motivate, and manage the Spa and Salon team to achieve service excellence and sales targets.Ensure the highest standards of customer service, hygiene, and brand presentation at all times.Handle client enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring positive resolutions.Monitor staff schedules, productivity, and overall performance.Support upselling of services, retail products, packages, and memberships.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a salon, spa, or hospitality environment.Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.Solid knowledge of beauty, hair, and spa services and operations.Professional, well-presented, and client-focused approach.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm and positive atmosphere.
