Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced professionals for multiple technical positions including Plumber, Carpenter, HVAC Technician, Electrician, and a versatile Multi-Skilled Technician. These roles involve installation, maintenance, and repair work across various systems and structures to ensure smooth and efficient operations in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Plumber: Install and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and plumbing fixtures. Diagnose plumbing issues, repair pipes, pumps, valves, and sanitary fittings while adhering to safety and building codes. Promptly address emergency plumbing situations.
• Carpenter: Construct, install, and repair wooden structures, doors, windows, cabinets, and furniture. Read technical drawings, measure, cut, shape materials, and maintain tools ensuring a safe working environment.
• HVAC Technician: Install and service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose faults, replace filters and coils, monitor system performance, and comply with safety and environmental requirements.
• Electrician: Handle installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring and fixtures. Troubleshoot issues, interpret electrical plans, conduct regular inspections, and guarantee electrical safety standards are met.
• Multi-Skilled Technician: Carry out maintenance and repairs across plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and electrical disciplines. Respond to urgent breakdowns, perform scheduled preventive maintenance, maintain detailed records, and strictly follow company safety protocols.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in respective trades with strong technical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
