Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and data-focused SEO/SEM Specialist based in Bahrain to join immediately. This role requires managing both organic search optimization and paid advertising campaigns to boost website visibility, enhance traffic quality, and drive lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings effectively.
• Perform detailed keyword research, analyze competitors, and apply on-page and off-page optimization tactics.
• Oversee SEM campaigns including Google Ads and other paid platforms ensuring optimal performance.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns regularly to maximize ROI, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
• Work closely with content and marketing teams to produce SEO-optimized material.
• Use analytics tools to track, interpret, and report campaign outcomes.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in search engine algorithms and evolving digital marketing trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in SEO, SEM, or digital marketing roles.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and pay-per-click campaigns.
• Basic understanding of , CSS, and website optimization principles.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Must reside in Bahrain and be ready for immediate joining.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Bahrain or the broader GCC market is advantageous.
• Certifications in Google Ads or Google Analytics are preferred.
• Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress is a plus.
• Arabic language skills will be considered a valuable asset.
