Job Overview

We are searching for a skilled Sales Executive with extensive experience in Audio-Visual (AV) and IT solutions. This role focuses on driving new business growth, nurturing client relationships, and delivering customized technology solutions that address specific customer needs within the Bahrain market.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities within the AV and IT sectors. Building and maintaining strong client and partner relationships is essential, alongside understanding customer requirements to provide effective AV and IT solutions. Preparing detailed proposals, quotations, and presentations will form a core part of the role, in addition to collaborating closely with technical and project teams to ensure seamless delivery. Meeting and exceeding sales targets is vital, along with staying informed on the latest industry trends and technological advancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales roles within the Audio-Visual and/or IT industries
• In-depth knowledge of AV systems, IT infrastructure, and related technologies
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
• Ability to manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through to closing
• Self-driven with a clear focus on achieving results and delivering excellent customer service
• Valid driver’s license to facilitate client visits and meetings
