Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Rope Access Manager to oversee and lead rope access cleaning and maintenance operations on high-rise buildings and structures in Bahrain. This role requires managing a team of IRATA-certified technicians while ensuring all safety and quality standards are met throughout each project.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising facade cleaning, maintenance, and inspection works. This includes planning projects, conducting thorough risk assessments, and delivering safety briefings before and during operations. Maintaining accurate records of certifications, inspections, and daily activities is crucial. You will also coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, and implement process improvements to boost both safety and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants must hold a valid IRATA certification and have at least 4 to 5 years’ experience managing rope access cleaning teams. Proven leadership and team management abilities are essential, alongside a solid understanding of Bahrain’s safety regulations and international standards. Proficiency in MS Office tools for thorough reporting and documentation is necessary. Strong communication skills and a valid driving license are preferred to facilitate smooth project execution.
