Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Rigging Foreman with a strong background in lifting operations and team supervision. This position requires hands-on experience to ensure safe and efficient rigging work on various projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and a valid GCC driving license.

Key Responsibilities

As a Rigging Foreman, you will oversee lifting activities, coordinate with your team to maintain safety standards, and ensure the timely completion of tasks. Your role includes supervising rigging crew members, inspecting equipment, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in rigging and lifting supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and direct team members effectively.
• Valid GCC driving license is mandatory.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to various site conditions.

Work Schedule and Benefits

This role involves a 48-hour workweek with paid overtime for any additional hours worked. The company provides a visa, accommodation, and transportation to support your relocation and stay. Weekly offday is Friday.
