Job Overview

STAR Manpower Bahrain is looking for a dedicated Rider Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily activities and performance of delivery riders. This role involves ensuring smooth coordination of shifts, managing attendance, and supporting the team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and manage riders’ shifts, attendance, and working hours to ensure compliance with schedules.
• Address and follow up on any missed shifts and operational challenges faced during daily activities.
• Oversee Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions by monitoring balances and collections carefully.
• Provide assistance and resolve work-related issues for riders to maintain high morale and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with management while maintaining precise records and documentation of all follow-up actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage shift schedules and financial tracking.
• Ability to handle operational challenges calmly and efficiently, offering practical solutions.
• Good communication skills to liaise between riders and management clearly and professionally.
• Experience in supervising or coordinating frontline team members is an advantage.
