Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Perfume Mixer to join our team and contribute to the precise preparation and blending of fragrance formulations. This role demands a high level of accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with quality and safety standards to ensure every batch meets established production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Preparing and blending perfumes in accordance with approved formulas and batch sheets.
• Accurately weighing fragrance oils, aroma chemicals, alcohol, DPG, and other raw materials using calibrated instruments.
• Verifying raw materials before use and ensuring correct batch identification throughout the process.
• Operating mixing tanks and filtration systems, as well as filling transfer and other related machinery.
• Monitoring critical production parameters such as mixing time and temperature to maintain product consistency.
• Conducting filtration, maturation, and batch preparation prior to the filling stage.
• Collecting samples for quality control tests to uphold fragrance quality standards.
• Maintaining detailed production logs, including batch numbers and material consumption records.
• Ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Keeping production equipment and work areas clean and contamination-free.
• Assisting with inventory management by reporting material shortages and tracking stock usage.
• Identifying and immediately reporting any production anomalies or issues.
• Participating in continuous improvement efforts to reduce waste and enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
• Familiarity with manufacturing procedures and quality control protocols within fragrance production.
• Ability to handle measuring instruments and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Understanding of GMP and ISO compliance in a manufacturing environment.
• Good record-keeping skills and the ability to follow batch documentation accurately.
• Capability to work in a team while taking responsibility for assigned production tasks.
