Job Overview

We are looking for a diligent and skilled Patrolling Supervisor to lead and manage the security team, ensuring the safety and protection of our facility. This full-time role requires a dedicated professional who can implement robust security measures, oversee patrolling activities, and respond efficiently to any incidents, creating a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets.

Key Responsibilities

The Patrolling Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily security operations and leading the security personnel. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of security guards and patrolling staff to ensure full coverage and adherence to schedules.
• Conducting both scheduled and surprise security patrols to detect and address potential risks or breaches.
• Monitoring surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems and alarms, reacting swiftly to any security alerts or incidents.
• Enforcing company security policies and procedures to maintain compliance and a safe workplace atmosphere.
• Providing training to security staff on protocols, emergency response strategies, and handling conflict situations professionally.
• Investigating security incidents or accidents thoroughly and preparing detailed reports along with daily security logs for management review.
• Collaborating closely with other departments to identify and resolve specific security vulnerabilities.
• Ensuring that all security personnel comply with company policies and safety regulations, reporting any maintenance requirements promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma is mandatory along with GTS certification.
• At least two years of professional experience in patrolling and security management.
• Possession of a valid Bahraini driving license is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina to remain on foot for extended periods during patrols.
