Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Part-time Event Coordinator to join our team. This position involves managing events from planning through execution, ensuring each event runs smoothly and successfully. Ideal candidates should be organized, creative, and capable of handling multiple event-related tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

The Event Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the entire event process, including:

• Coordinating event logistics from start to finish
• Managing on-site event setup and support
• Decorating and arranging event décor to create an appealing atmosphere
• Inflating and arranging balloons and other decorative items
• Coordinating timing and schedules with vendors to ensure smooth operation

Requirements

Applicants must have their own car and be comfortable traveling to various event locations across Bahrain. Previous experience in event coordination or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and an ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.
