Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer and Polishing Technician to join our reputable auto services team in Bahrain. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail and steady hands, committed to providing top-quality finish on vehicle surfaces.

Key Responsibilities

As part of your daily duties, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately installing paint protection films on various vehicles to ensure flawless coverage
• Performing professional polishing and paint correction to enhance vehicles’ appearance
• Thoroughly preparing surfaces before applying films or coatings to guarantee optimal results
• Applying tint and protective films precisely, avoiding bubbles, wrinkles, or misalignment
• Carrying out vehicle detailing tasks with consistent high standards
• Maintaining tools, equipment, and the workshop in a clean and ready state
• Following all safety protocols and company procedures diligently
• Providing excellent customer service to ensure complete client satisfaction
• Assisting with other operational tasks as assigned by supervisors

Required Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Male candidates under 32 years of age, open to all nationalities
• Proven experience in paint protection film installation and vehicle polishing
• Excellent attention to detail with a passion for delivering flawless work
• Good knowledge of surface preparation, paint correction, and detailing products
• Physical fitness to work efficiently in a workshop environment

Employment Details

The position offers a competitive monthly salary of BHD 200 – 220. The work schedule consists of 12-hour shifts, six days per week. The company provides accommodation, transportation, and medical insurance. Food expenses are not covered.
