Job Overview

We are seeking physically fit and dependable loading workers to join our team in Bahrain. This role requires candidates who are currently residing in Bahrain and ready to engage in loading and unloading tasks within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. The position offers a consistent weekday schedule with Fridays off and competitive compensation, including overtime benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently load and unload goods at the designated facility
• Handle materials and items with care to prevent damage
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely operations
• Operate six-wheel light duty trucks if experienced and licensed
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to the assigned work schedule

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Bahrain driving license; experience with six-wheel trucks is highly advantageous
• Physically capable of lifting and moving items as part of daily tasks
• Good command of English to ensure clear communication on-site
• Strong teamwork skills and a dedicated work ethic
• Currently located in Bahrain with a transferrable work visa (LMRA/Flexi visas are not accepted)

Working Conditions and Benefits

The position offers a fixed schedule from Saturday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with Fridays off. Workers will be based in Salmabad. The monthly salary is BHD 130, with additional pay for overtime hours. Benefits include a company-sponsored visa, medical insurance, and an air ticket every two years.
