Job Overview
A prestigious hotel in Bahrain is seeking a skilled Front of House (FOH) Manager to lead daily service operations and uphold exceptional guest experiences. This role offers a competitive salary of BD 400, negotiable based on experience and expertise, along with company-provided accommodation and transportation. Key Responsibilities
The FOH Manager will oversee the seamless management of front-of-house activities, including the following:
- Managing daily opening and closing procedures while maximizing seating efficiency throughout the service areas.
- Welcoming guests warmly, maintaining a pleasant atmosphere, and addressing any concerns quickly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising front-of-house staff such as servers, hosts, and bussers, while providing ongoing feedback and leadership.
- Enforcing strict health, safety, hygiene, and food safety standards consistently across all FOH operations.
- Controlling labor costs by optimizing staff scheduling, monitoring inventory levels, and overseeing cash handling along with POS system operations.
- Coordinating effectively with kitchen and back-of-house teams to maintain smooth service flow and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven hotel experience in a front-of-house supervisory role is required.
- Age below 35 years.
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift with no overtime.
