A reputable club in Bahrain is seeking a dedicated Female Gym Instructor to join their team immediately. This role involves managing gym activities and assisting members in achieving their fitness goals through personalized training and expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities

The instructor will be responsible for planning and conducting fitness sessions tailored to members of varying fitness levels. Duties include guiding proper exercise techniques, ensuring safe use of gym equipment, and creating customized workout plans. Additionally, maintaining the gym’s cleanliness and safety standards is essential. Participation in organizing fitness events and wellness initiatives to encourage an active lifestyle among members will also be expected.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate must hold a certified fitness or gym instructor qualification alongside proven experience in gym training or personal coaching. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important to effectively motivate and inspire clients. A solid knowledge of current fitness trends and techniques is essential to provide effective training and support.

Work Schedule and Benefits

This position requires availability six days a week with one weekly day off. The club offers a competitive salary package, which will be discussed during the interview process. Additional benefits include a flight ticket, leave salary upon completion of two years, and other entitlements in line with Bahrain Labor Law.
