Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and ensuring guest satisfaction by providing excellent service in guest rooms and public areas. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, hospitality, and a strong work ethic at all times.

Key Responsibilities

As a Room Attendant, your main duties will include cleaning and inspecting guestrooms in line with daily assignments and established standards. You will ensure corridors and guestrooms remain clean and inviting throughout the day. Additionally, you will report any damages, maintenance needs, or lost and found items to the supervisor promptly.

Handling laundry and linen management in adherence to standard procedures is part of your role, along with responding to special cleaning requests or guest arrangements as needed. You may also assist with minibar services and act as the first point of contact for guest inquiries, addressing concerns quickly and professionally.

Monitoring guest feedback and providing suggestions for service or product enhancements will contribute to continuous improvements. You will also be expected to fully understand and comply with the Employee Handbook and the hotel’s policies on health, safety, and fire precautions to ensure a secure environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred.
• Experience working in a hotel environment is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Work Environment
