We are urgently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in interior fit-out works to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cost management and procurement processes within the interior fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for interior fit-out projects.
• Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Manage procurement and tendering processes in line with project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to resolve cost-related issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and cost reports throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven background in quantity surveying specifically within interior fit-out companies.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, materials, and construction methods related to interior fit-outs.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in quantity surveying.
