We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Florist to join our team in Ma’ameer, Bahrain. Key Responsibilities

• Create various floral designs including bouquets, flower baskets, and daza arrangements.
• Handle gift wrapping with care and attention to detail.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging politely and professionally with clients.
• Take proper care of flowers to ensure freshness and quality.
• Manage high volumes of orders, especially during peak seasons, including handling last-minute requests efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support productivity.
• Stay updated with emerging floral trends and techniques to enhance the shop’s offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in floral arrangement and design is essential.
• Good knowledge of flower care and handling methods.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Flexible and creative mindset with a passion for floral art.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to busy periods effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging between BD 280 and BD 300, depending on experience. Additional benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
