Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled female tailor to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have experience in stitching a variety of women’s garments including abayas, dresses, gowns, kurtis, and tops. You will be responsible for producing high-quality pieces that meet customer specifications and ensuring a professional finish on every order.

Key Responsibilities

• Stitch abayas and other ladies’ wear based on accurate measurements and design requirements.
• Take precise body measurements to ensure the perfect fit for each garment.
• Perform cutting, stitching, alterations, and final finishing of garments.
• Work confidently with different fabric types and garment patterns.
• Operate and maintain sewing machines and related tailoring equipment effectively.
• Ensure each finished product meets quality standards before delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support efficient workflow.
• Complete orders within designated timelines while adhering to customer instructions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in tailoring women’s clothing, especially abayas and traditional wear.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and sewing techniques.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce neat, professional stitching.
• Good time management skills to handle multiple orders timely.
• Ability to read and interpret design specifications accurately.
• Familiarity with handling various fabrics and tailoring tools.
