Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly approach
• Managing appointment bookings and scheduling spa treatments accurately
• Handling telephone and email inquiries professionally and promptly
• Providing detailed information about available spa services, packages, and promotions
• Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area to promote a relaxing atmosphere
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records of customer transactions
• Coordinating with spa therapists and hotel staff to ensure smooth operations

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience as a receptionist in a hotel, spa, or wellness center is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a calm demeanor
• Familiarity with appointment scheduling software and payment processing
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
