We are seeking a diligent and reliable Female Cleaner with a Flexi Visa to join our team at a gym facility. The ideal candidate will maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the premises, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for all gym members and staff.

Key Responsibilities

The cleaner will be responsible for ensuring all gym areas are spotless and well-maintained. This includes cleaning workout zones, studios, locker rooms, restrooms, and reception spaces. Regular tasks include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing all surfaces. Additionally, the role involves replenishing cleaning supplies, soap dispensers, and paper products, as well as disposing of waste according to proper management procedures. Any maintenance issues or damaged equipment should be promptly reported to management. Adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols is mandatory.

Required Skills and Qualities

We require candidates with previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in gyms, health clubs, hotels, or commercial settings. The ability to carry out physically demanding cleaning tasks for extended periods is essential. The successful applicant must be punctual, hardworking, and demonstrate a consistently professional appearance with good personal hygiene. Strong attention to detail and respect for client privacy and gym policies are crucial. Basic communication skills in Arabic or English will facilitate effective teamwork and daily operations. Honesty, trustworthiness, and a positive work ethic are highly valued.

Work Conditions and Schedule

The position requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, aligning with the gym’s operational hours. Candidates should be comfortable working independently while following instructions accurately to maintain the facility’s cleanliness standards.
