Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit factory worker with machine handling experience for a permanent role in the FMCG sector. This position is based in Salmabad, Bahrain, and requires candidates to be currently residing locally. The ideal applicant will be involved in loading, unloading, and packing food items while working effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include handling factory machinery safely and efficiently, managing the packing process of food items, as well as loading and unloading goods. Candidates should be punctual, hardworking, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout daily tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in handling factory machines is essential.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving items as needed.
• Ability to communicate in English for basic workplace interaction.
• Strong teamwork orientation with a willingness to collaborate.
• Punctual and dedicated work ethic.

Work Schedule and Location

The workweek runs from Saturday to Thursday, with Fridays off. Regular working hours are from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. The job location is situated in Salmabad, Bahrain.

Compensation and Benefits

The monthly salary is BHD 130, with additional pay for any overtime worked. Benefits include a company visa, round-trip air ticket every two years, and comprehensive medical insurance.

Additional Details

This is a permanent position; applicants with LMRA or Flexi visas will not be considered. Only candidates currently residing in Bahrain are eligible to apply.
