Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Corrugator Operator with 2 to 5 years of experience in packaging or paper manufacturing. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain corrugator machines to produce high-quality corrugated paperboard, ensuring adherence to safety standards and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the corrugator machine efficiently, starting and running production processes to achieve quality output.
• Set up and adjust machine settings, including paper roll size, flute size, glue application, and operating speed.
• Monitor product quality by checking board thickness, bonding strength, and cutting precision to meet safety and client requirements.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues, swiftly resolving jams or errors, and report significant mechanical problems to the maintenance team.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and carry out routine machine maintenance tasks.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven hands-on experience of 2 to 5 years working with corrugator machinery in a packaging or paper production setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting on machinery.
• Attention to detail in quality control to ensure top-standard products.
• Commitment to workplace safety and machine upkeep.
• Good communication skills to report issues effectively.
