Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Corrugator Operator with practical experience in the packaging or paper manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience and be proficient in managing corrugator machinery to produce high-quality corrugated paperboard.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and start up the corrugator machine to ensure consistent production of corrugated paperboard.
• Set up and adjust machine settings according to paper roll size, flute type, glue application, and operating speed.
• Perform quality control checks to monitor board thickness, bonding strength, and cutting accuracy, complying with safety standards and client specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine jams or operational issues promptly.
• Report any major mechanical problems to the maintenance team or supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and carry out routine machine maintenance.

• Proven experience in a corrugation or paper manufacturing plant environment.
