We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Manama, Bahrain. This role requires a responsible individual with at least three years of hands-on experience in cleaning supervision. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining high cleaning standards within our facilities and ensuring a smooth workflow among the cleaning staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations to ensure thorough cleanliness and hygiene.
• Monitor the performance of cleaning staff and provide guidance where necessary.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, advising on procurement needs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Report on cleaning activities and staff performance to management.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
