Key Responsibilities

As an Aluminium Worker Foreman, your duties will cover both technical and supervisory tasks, including:

• Documenting work progress, labor, and material usage accurately.
• Ensuring all work complies with quality control policies, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Training and guiding junior workers to enhance their skills and overall productivity.
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and project managers to meet site requirements effectively.
• Organizing daily workflows, scheduling tasks, and coordinating team activities to guarantee projects meet deadlines.
• Fabricating aluminum components precisely according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Using hand tools and machinery safely and proficiently during fabrication and installation processes.
• Supporting aluminum structure installation at various project sites.

Required Skills and Experience

To thrive in this role, candidates should demonstrate:

• Proven experience in aluminum fabrication and site installation.
• A strong understanding of aluminum materials, fabrication techniques, and relevant tools.
• The ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings with accuracy.

Compensation and Benefits
