Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Aluminium Cutter and Fabricator with at least two years of experience in cutting and fabricating aluminium components. This role requires proficiency in handling BALEXCO aluminium systems and the ability to work independently while following technical drawings accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Cutting and fabricating aluminium using 45 & 100 series BALEXCO aluminium systems.
• Reading and analyzing shop drawings for precise execution.
• Preparing cutting lists and calculating the required material quantities.
• Operating CNC and manual cutting machines effectively.
• Utilizing basic tools and machinery commonly used in aluminium fabrication.
• Assembling aluminium components with attention to detail and quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of two years’ experience in aluminium cutting and fabrication.
• In-depth knowledge of BALEXCO aluminium systems, specifically the 45 & 100 series.
• Ability to interpret and work from shop drawings.
• Proficiency in calculating cutting lists and estimating material usage.
• Skill in operating CNC and manual cutting machinery.
• Familiarity with basic fabrication tools and techniques.
• Strong understanding of aluminium assembly.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic English communication skills.

Work Environment

This position is based in Tubli, Bahrain, and requires hands-on work in a fabrication workshop setting with direct access to cutting machinery and aluminium materials.
