Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled AC Technician to join our team in Bahrain. This role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing air conditioning and ventilation systems across residential and commercial sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with a variety of HVAC units and a solid understanding of system diagnostics and repairs.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks including:

• Installing, servicing, and repairing Split, Package, and Window AC units. Experience with Chillers and Air Handling Units (AHUs) is a plus.
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues within HVAC systems.
• Conducting routine maintenance such as gas charging, cleaning filters, and detecting leaks.
• Reading and interpreting technical wiring diagrams and blueprints to ensure accurate repairs and installations.
• Adhering to safety protocols and company standards throughout all work processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience as an AC or HVAC Technician, preferably with GCC experience.
• Technical qualifications such as an IT diploma or vocational certification in HVAC or Refrigeration are advantageous.
• Basic English communication skills are required; proficiency in Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic would be beneficial.
• Candidates holding a transferable visa with the ability for immediate local transfer are preferred.
• A valid Bahraini driving license is a strong plus but not mandatory.
