We are looking for a dedicated and creative Event Decoration Assistant to join our team in Bahrain. This role focuses on bringing life and vibrancy to various celebrations and corporate events by handling decoration setup with precision and flair.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be involved in the preparation and installation of decorations for birthday parties, weddings, engagements, and business events. You will be responsible for setting up balloon arrangements, backdrops, arches, floral arrangements, tables, and assorted event props. Managing the transport, organization, and care of all decoration supplies and equipment is also a crucial part of the role. Efficient setup and timely dismantling of event décor is expected, ensuring a polished and professional presentation at each occasion.

Required Skills and Attributes

Applicants should have previous experience in party or event decoration, although a creative mindset and sharp attention to detail are most important. The position requires a reliable, punctual, and hardworking individual who can collaborate well within a team environment. Flexibility in working hours and the physical ability to manage setup tasks are essential.
