Job Overview

We are currently seeking a qualified Driver and Security Patrolling Supervisor to join our team in Bahrain. This dual-role position demands a highly skilled individual who can efficiently manage security patrol operations while also handling driving responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both driving and security management, with a strong understanding of Bahrain’s routes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Patrolling Supervisor and Driver, you will be responsible for overseeing security patrol activities, ensuring the safety and security of designated areas, and managing on-ground manpower effectively. Driving duties include transporting personnel or equipment safely across Bahrain with familiarity of the local routes. Maintaining efficient communication and demonstrating problem-solving skills during shift operations are essential aspects of this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Educational background of FA/BA or an equivalent degree for the Supervisor role; Matriculation or above for the Driver position
• Fluency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking (especially for supervisors)
• Valid Bahrain driving license with a minimum of 5 years driving experience within the country
• Comprehensive knowledge of Bahrain’s road network and key areas
• Previous experience in manpower companies, security management, or related fields
• Strong multitasking abilities and effective problem-solving skills
• Basic English communication skills for driving role candidates
