Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Driver Cum Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Bahrain. This role involves driving a manual minibus and overseeing cleaning operations to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in both driving and managing cleaning teams along with basic maintenance skills.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a manual minibus safely according to Bahrain road regulations. Alongside this, you will supervise cleaning staff, coordinate daily site operations, and ensure all cleaning tasks meet quality expectations. A significant part of the role includes inspecting the premises regularly to guarantee cleanliness and maintenance standards are upheld.

• Drive manual minibuses safely and efficiently
• Lead and supervise cleaning teams to complete daily tasks
• Coordinate labor and manage site cleaning activities
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness and operational quality
• Handle emergency maintenance and resolve issues independently
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance as needed

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of similar work experience within Bahrain. Holding a valid Bahrain manual driving license specifically for a manual minibus is essential. Experience in cleaning supervision and labor coordination will ensure success in this position. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are also important for managing teams and handling unforeseen maintenance challenges.
