We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Chocolate Designer and Arranger to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selecting, arranging, and presenting chocolates in a visually appealing manner for retail displays, gift packaging, and customized customer orders. This position requires a strong focus on quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction, ensuring every chocolate arrangement meets high standards.

Key Responsibilities

The main duties of the Chocolate Designer and Arranger include:

• Neatly arranging chocolates in gift boxes, trays, and display shelves in line with company guidelines.
• Handling chocolates carefully to preserve their freshness and ensure an attractive appearance.
• Decorating and packaging chocolate products tailored for special occasions and individual customer requests.
• Monitoring inventory levels to ensure displays are fully stocked and products are rotated for optimal freshness.
• Inspecting chocolates regularly for quality control and damaged packaging.
• Supporting sales efforts by preparing personalized arrangements based on customer preferences.
• Assisting in labeling, pricing, and upkeep of inventory records.
• Maintaining a clean, organized workspace while adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards.
• Aiding in receiving and properly storing chocolate inventory upon delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Successful candidates should demonstrate:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail paired with creativity in designing and arranging products.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail or production environment, managing tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and a cooperative approach to teamwork.
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety protocols.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks as required.
• Previous experience in retail, confectionery, food handling, or gift packaging is advantageous but not mandatory.

Work Environment

This role is based within a retail or confectionery production setting, where maintaining cleanliness and food safety is paramount. You will work closely with the sales team and other staff to ensure every chocolate product is beautifully presented and ready for customer enjoyment.
