Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Control Room Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our security control room. This full-time role involves overseeing monitoring activities, coordinating with security personnel, and ensuring prompt and effective responses to operational incidents.

Key Responsibilities

The Control Room Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Receiving and addressing calls from on-site Security Officers, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Coordinating with Operations Officers to effectively deploy Security Officers across various sites.
• Liaising with the Guards Administration Department regarding new personnel deployments.
• Maintaining and managing control room logs, and reporting any grievances to the Operations team for resolution.
• Handling unscheduled transportation requests and managing transport drivers on new routes.
• Reporting and managing incidents occurring at client sites promptly and efficiently.
• Responding to calls received on toll-free numbers and escalating issues to Operations for swift action.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in control room operations within the security services or a closely related field.
• Mandatory GTS certification.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Proficiency in control systems, monitoring tools, and relevant computer software used in control room environments.
• Willingness and ability to work in shifts, including adapting to 24/7 operational demands if necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a monthly salary of BD 175 along with additional benefits including provided accommodation, transportation, medical insurance, and annual flight tickets. Other benefits comply with Bahrain government regulations and policies.
