We are looking for a skilled and responsible Boat Captain to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience operating boats or watercraft and hold a valid boat captain license, whether Bahraini or an internationally recognized equivalent. This role demands strong navigation skills, a thorough understanding of safety protocols, and confidence in managing passengers and sea conditions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate boats and watercraft in various sea conditions
• Navigate routes efficiently using up-to-date charts and GPS technology
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers on board
• Conduct routine checks on vessel equipment and perform basic maintenance
• Adhere to maritime safety regulations and emergency procedures
• Coordinate with crew and port authorities for smooth operations

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience as a boat captain or similar role
• Valid boat captain license from Bahrain or an international equivalent
• Strong knowledge of navigation, maritime safety standards, and sea condition assessments
• Proven ability to manage passengers and crew confidently and responsibly
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
