Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Legal Advisor with more than 10 years of experience working within the GCC region. This role involves providing comprehensive legal support by offering strategic guidance on corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues to ensure smooth business operations across various jurisdictions in the Gulf.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will handle a wide range of legal duties, including:

• Offering expert legal counsel on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters specific to the GCC.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation to safeguard company interests.
• Ensuring all business activities comply with local laws, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Assessing legal risks and managing disputes through effective resolution methods, including litigation and arbitration.
• Collaborating with internal departments and external legal teams to align with organizational goals.
• Keeping abreast of changes in legal and regulatory frameworks across the GCC region.

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• A law degree from an accredited institution; advanced legal qualifications are a plus.
• A minimum of 10 years of practical legal experience, with a strong emphasis on the GCC market.
• Extensive knowledge of GCC corporate, labor, and commercial law frameworks.
• Proven track record in drafting, negotiating contracts, and dispute management.
• Exceptional analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience advising on a broad range of legal issues across multiple industries.
• Familiarity with both regional and international regulatory environments.
• Demonstrated capability to manage complex legal projects and negotiations effectively.
