Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Property Coordinator to join our real estate management team in Bahrain. This role requires a proactive individual with solid experience in the local property market, capable of handling a wide range of property administration tasks while maintaining excellent relations with tenants and service providers.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily property operations, ensuring smooth coordination between tenants, contractors, and property owners. Duties include overseeing tenancy agreements and renewals, maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring rent collection, and scheduling maintenance and inspections to uphold property standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of three years’ experience in property management within Bahrain’s real estate sector.
• Valid Bahraini driving license is essential.
• Strong background in accounting and bookkeeping to manage financial records efficiently.
• Excellent organizational skills and effective communication abilities to liaise with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Fluent English language skills; Arabic proficiency is a valuable asset.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks including rent collection, tenant coordination, and maintenance follow-ups.
