Job Overview
Wasit Consultancy is looking for a meticulous and experienced Document Clearance Officer to join their team in Tubli, Bahrain. This full-time role involves managing corporate interactions with government authorities and overseeing visa and work permit procedures. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of Bahrain’s government portals and ministry processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and monitor work permits, including renewals and cancellations, through the LMRA portal.
- Manage commercial registration amendments, renewals, and licensing by using the Sijilat system under the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism (MOIC).
- Handle employee registrations, terminations, and monthly data updates on the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) system.
- Coordinate document attestations with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and liaise with local embassies as needed.
- Conduct site visits to ministry offices and government centers to resolve pending matters promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 1 to 2 years of practical experience in document clearance within Bahrain.
- Strong familiarity with LMRA, Sijilat, GOSI, and NPRA government platforms.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
- Willingness to accommodate local transfers within Bahrain when necessary.
