Job Overview

We are currently looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Bahrain. This role requires an individual with a solid recruitment background, thorough knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law, and the ability to oversee the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage the complete recruitment cycle, including drafting precise job descriptions, posting vacancies on platforms like Indeed and other relevant portals, and sourcing candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking. Responsibilities also include conducting initial interviews to evaluate candidate suitability, coordinating with hiring managers throughout the selection process, and preparing job offers that comply with local labor regulations.

Maintaining accurate recruitment data via an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and building a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands are also part of the role. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate closely with HR and department heads to anticipate staffing needs and help shape recruitment strategies. Additionally, supporting employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent and generating regular recruitment reports for HR leadership will be expected.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• At least 2–3 years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and work permit procedures
• Proficiency in using job boards such as Indeed along with other recruitment tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Available to start immediately

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting talent across diverse industries
• Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Knowledge of talent mapping and salary benchmarking practices
