Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer to join our team and engage in the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade software applications. This role involves working on critical, real-time systems, particularly within tolling or transportation platforms, requiring proficiency in the latest .NET technologies to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications utilizing .NET 6 / .NET 8, Blazor, and ASP.NET Core frameworks.
• Optimizing SQL Server 2019 databases by crafting complex queries, stored procedures, and tuning for performance enhancement.
• Supporting and enhancing high-availability, real-time systems, especially in transaction-based or tolling environments.
• Collaborating with architects, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure solution scalability and reliability.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and improving application performance.
• Adhering to best practices for secure, maintainable, and high-quality code.
• Participating in system integration, deployment, and release management processes.
• Managing applications on Windows Server 2022 and Windows 11 Pro platforms.
• Preparing thorough technical documentation and contributing to knowledge sharing across teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in enterprise software development.
• Strong expertise with .NET 6 / .NET 8, Blazor, and ASP.NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server 2019 including advanced queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with Windows Server 2022 and Windows 11 Pro environments.
• Proven background in developing and supporting high-availability, real-time, or tolling systems.

Technical Competencies

• Proficient in object-oriented design and software architecture.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services development.
• Strong database design skills, including indexing and query optimization.
• Knowledge of application performance monitoring and debugging techniques.
• Experience using version control systems such as Git.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with distributed systems and real-time transaction processing.
• Understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Strong awareness of security best practices for enterprise software.
