Job Opening: Service Manager – IT Infrastructure & HP Services

Position: Service Manager
Industry: IT Infrastructure / HP Services
Location: Bahrain
Nationality Preference: Indian
Salary: 500 – 700 BD per month

Job Responsibilities
Manage IT infrastructure support operations.
Handle HP services for computers, printers, servers, and networking products.
Coordinate with clients and technical support teams.
Ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution.
Monitor AMC/service contracts and customer satisfaction.
Lead field service engineers and technical staff.
Prepare service reports and maintain documentation.
Support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.

Required Experience
Experience as a Service Manager in IT Infrastructure or HP service environment.
Strong knowledge of:
Computers & laptops
Printers
Servers
Networking products
Preferred Candidate
Indian nationality preferred
Experience in HP products/services is an advantage
Technical background in IT hardware/networking preferred
Salary
500 – 700 BD (Based on experience)
