Job Overview

Our firm is seeking a skilled Service Manager to oversee IT infrastructure support and HP-related services in Bahrain. This role focuses on managing operations involving computers, printers, servers, and networking devices, ensuring smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. Candidates with prior experience in IT hardware and HP services are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise IT infrastructure support functions, including installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage HP services for a variety of hardware such as computers, printers, servers, and networking equipment.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure timely delivery of services and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Monitor Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and service agreements to uphold contractual obligations.
  • Lead and guide field service engineers and technical staff for efficient operations.
  • Prepare detailed service reports and maintain proper documentation for all activities.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Service Manager within IT infrastructure or HP service environments.
  • Comprehensive understanding of computers, laptops, printers, servers, and networking products.
  • Strong technical background in IT hardware and networking preferred.
  • Familiarity with HP products and services is an added advantage.
  • Excellent coordination and leadership capabilities to manage onsite engineers and client expectations.

Additional Details

The position is based in Bahrain, with a salary range of 500 to 700 BD per month, commensurate with experience. Preference will be given to candidates of Indian nationality.
