Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled IT Technician to join our team in Bahrain, providing hands-on technical support and maintenance across various electronic and IT systems. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in IT support who are comfortable troubleshooting hardware and software issues, particularly in environments involving arcade machines, POS systems, and security surveillance.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Technician will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of arcade and redemption systems, POS and card/ticketing equipment, and networking infrastructure including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi. Additional duties involve monitoring and maintaining CCTV systems along with delivering timely on-site support to staff. Preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and coordination with suppliers for parts and repairs are also essential tasks. Maintaining all IT systems fully operational during peak hours is a priority.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in IT or technical support roles
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and basic server management
• Hands-on experience with POS systems and CCTV technology
• Basic electronics understanding is a plus
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Quick problem-solving skills to address technical issues promptly

Preferred Candidates

Preference will be given to Indian nationals, particularly those from Kerala, due to the nature of the work environment and team composition.

Work Schedule and Compensation

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from BHD 250 to BHD 350 based on experience. The working schedule consists of six days per week with one flexible day off, excluding Fridays.
