Job Overview

We are searching for a skilled IT Support Specialist based in Bahrain, ready to join our team without delay. This role is perfect for someone with a strong technical background who excels at supporting hardware, software, and network systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing daily IT support to end-users both onsite and remotely. This includes troubleshooting computers, printers, and peripherals, installing and maintaining operating systems like Windows and macOS, and managing business applications.

Additional duties involve handling user account setups, email configurations, and access permissions, as well as supporting network operations such as LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity. Monitoring support tickets and ensuring they are resolved within agreed SLAs is essential. Routine system maintenance, updates, backups, and managing IT asset inventories will also be part of the role. Collaboration with vendors and escalating complex issues to the right teams when needed is expected.

Required Skills and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
• Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory user management
• Strong understanding of networking basics, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
• Expertise in hardware and software troubleshooting
• Familiarity with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications will be advantageous. Experience working in corporate or enterprise IT environments and a basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices are also preferred.
