Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced IT Coordinator to join our team and oversee the organization’s IT systems and daily operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure efficient IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Coordinator will handle a range of tasks involving IT support, system monitoring, and project assistance, including:

• Delivering technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues to users.
• Maintaining and monitoring IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security compliance.
• Coordinating with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and IT support services.
• Managing helpdesk activities and ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.
• Maintaining accurate IT inventory, documentation, and asset records.
• Assisting in the implementation of IT projects and system upgrades.
• Enforcing compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Supporting user account management, access control, and system configuration.
• Preparing regular reports related to IT operations and system performance.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates must meet the following qualifications and demonstrate proficiency in:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or coordination roles.
• Solid understanding of Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and general IT systems management.
• Experience using ticketing systems and maintaining IT documentation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

Mandatory criteria: Candidates must currently reside in Bahrain and be available to join immediately.

Preferred Qualifications

Additional skills that give candidates an edge include:

• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles and IT policies.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating IT services.
• Familiarity with IT project support frameworks or ITIL practices.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication expertise.
