We are seeking a motivated Indoor Sales Associate with a strong background in selling laptops, IT products, and mobile accessories. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, demonstrate a sales-driven approach, and be able to work effectively within a dynamic retail environment in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include assisting customers by providing detailed product information, explanations of features, specifications, and pricing of IT and mobile products. Meeting daily and monthly sales goals is essential, along with handling billing, invoicing, and operating POS systems efficiently.

Maintaining an organized and visually appealing showroom is also critical, including managing stock displays and reporting inventory shortages. Building lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business is a vital component of the role.

Required Skills and Experience

Successful candidates will have prior experience in laptop, IT, or mobile accessories sales, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Basic computer proficiency is required to handle sales systems effectively.

A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward targets and drive revenue is key. Experience in wholesale environments will be an advantage.
