We are currently looking for a dedicated HR Executive to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in human resources to contribute to our organization’s success.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. Additional duties include coordinating attendance, managing leave and payroll processes, supporting employee relations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and preparing HR reports and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in HR roles is essential. Familiarity with Bahrain labor laws along with LMRA and GOSI procedures is highly desirable. Strong communication abilities and excellent organizational skills are also critical for success in this position.
