Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive based in Bahrain who can start immediately. This role demands a hands-on professional well-versed in Bahrain Labour Law, LMRA, MOL, GOSI regulations, and comprehensive HR operations. The ideal candidate will work independently to oversee HR functions while aligning with the company’s business goals.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior HR Executive will manage the entire HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and exit processes. Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant Bahrain labour regulations, government labor authorities, and visa procedures is essential. The role includes managing employment contracts, company policies, employee handbooks, and official HR documentation.

Additional duties involve handling disciplinary matters, grievances, warnings, and terminations in accordance with local laws. The candidate will also lead recruitment efforts, manage performance appraisal systems, and provide strategic HR advice to management. Coordinating training programs, maintaining HR records, generating management reports, and serving as the primary contact during audits and inspections are part of this role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Deep understanding of Bahrain Labour Law and HR compliance standards.
• Proven experience with LMRA, MOL, GOSI, visa processing, and government HR portals.
• Must be currently residing in Bahrain (local hire only).
• Available for immediate joining or with a short notice period.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of working independently while handling sensitive information confidentially.
