We are looking for a confident and outgoing Sales and HR Recruiter to join our manpower and human resources team in Bahrain. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with clients, growing business relationships, and advancing their career in recruitment and sales within the HR sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business opportunities through client meetings and networking.
• Recruit qualified candidates to fulfill client requirements across various roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with client needs.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and placement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional approach.
• Experience or interest in sales and recruitment, preferably within manpower and HR services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet targets and grow the client base.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
